The heavy weight and no-slip feet ensure your board stays securely in place, while the built-in track holds the removable tray firmly. The standard size drip pan can hold up to 18 ounces of liquid, and the large size can accommodate 24 ounces. Each cutting board is designed with built-in handles for easy carrying and utilizes patent pending technology for optimal juice collection. The standard size boasts a 9” x 16” cutting surface, easily managing an 18-pound turkey or large roast. The large size has all the same features, but with a spacious 12” x 23” cutting surface, ideal for extra-large roasts or commercial environments.

Care Instructions: These premium quality cutting boards are dishwasher safe with a heat dry off. However, the manufacturer recommends hand washing with mild soap and warm water for best results. They clean up nicely.

Caution: Handle with care, as the cutting board can be extremely hot after cleaning in the dishwasher. Avoid using heated drying in your dishwasher and keep out of reach of children.
